Cruelty free cosmetic brands

Here's a list for cruelty free cosmetics and where I have found them in either Belgium, The Netherlands or UK (London). The brands I found in The Netherlands or London, are ones I haven't found yet or are rather difficult to find in Belgium. (example: I recently found a store that sells Sleek, but in London it's much easier to find)
I will also add if their parent company isn't cruelty free.
